Eminent lawyers, Keith Schilling and Matthias Prinz, founders of Schillings and Prinz Law, have been defending reputations and privacy across the world for a combined 80 years. Join them as they reflect on their most celebrated cases: what it took to protect a good name and a private life then… and what it takes now.

Keith Schilling

Keith has worked at the heart of reputation and privacy law for over three decades. Credited with creating a right of privacy in England following a landmark ruling by the House of Lords in 2004, Keith works with leading international corporations and high-profile individuals; providing strategic advice on reputation and privacy threats, copyright, data protection and commercial litigation.

Matthias Prinz

Prof. Matthias Prinz studied law at Hamburg University and Harvard Law School. Matthias has strongly influenced modern press law and media law, conducting numerous landmark cases in the Federal Court of Justice, the Federal Constitutional Court and the European Court of Human Rights.
