Schillings and Clare Locke have today announced the launch of CLS Vision, a new strategic intelligence firm headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, United States.
The new venture expands Schillings' Intelligence & Investigations capability into the United States and marks the latest step in the firm's international growth.
Created through a partnership between Schillings and Clare Locke, CLS Vision will combine legal-grade intelligence with strategic counsel to help clients anticipate issues and protect what they’ve built. Powered by the expertise of both firms, it draws on the multidisciplinary capabilities that have become a hallmark of Schillings' approach.
CLS Vision will advise founders, families, public figures and organisations when the stakes are high. It will be led by two Founding Partners: Allison Everhardt, a seasoned investigator and former Managing Director for a leading US intelligence firm; and senior intelligence advisor Fred Glazier, who has over 25 years’ experience in the Central Intelligence Agency and National Counterterrorism Center.
The launch builds on Schillings' Strategic Alliance with Clare Locke, the leading defamation law firm in the United States, and Giles George in Australia. It also follows the 2024 opening of the firm's Dublin office, which enables Schillings to engage with EU-headquartered social media and AI platforms to protect and enhance client’s privacy reputation and security.
On CLS Vision’s launch, David Imison, Chief Executive Officer of Schillings, said:
"Our ability to uncover the intelligence our clients need to act decisively and seize new opportunities or respond to threats is what sets us apart. CLS Vision brings us even closer to our clients in the US, as well as brand new perspectives and insights from Allison and Fred. We are delighted to have found them to lead this exciting new venture."
As reputation, privacy and security challenges become increasingly interconnected and international, clients need access to specialist expertise that spans intelligence, investigations, legal strategy and communications.
Through CLS Vision, Schillings and Clare Locke are bringing that support closer to clients in the United States, helping them anticipate risks, respond to threats and seize opportunities.
