Schillings is proud to announce the largest expansion of our Partnership in the firm’s history. Effective 1 January, five new Partners across legal, communications and intelligence join, further strengthening the depth and breadth of our client offering.
This milestone expansion, comprising four internal promotions and one new hire, increases Schillings’ multidisciplinary Partnership to 30. This landmark moment follows a year of record growth. Schillings’ revenue grew by 45% in the past financial year, headcount increased by 15%, and we celebrated 27 internal promotions during the same period.
These results reflect the market-leading position Schillings has carved out as an advisor to clients navigating high-stakes threats and opportunities.
Legal promotions
Hind Habib, Simon Brown, and Emily Mitcheson have been promoted to Partner within our Legal team. As three highly experienced litigators, their promotions demonstrate our commitment to expanding our litigation practice, while strengthening the avenues of recourse available for clients facing reputation and privacy threats - particularly in the evolving areas of social media and AI.
Schillings Communications promotion
Jamie Fenton, formerly Director, becomes Partner in Schillings Communications. As the fourth Communications Partner within our multidisciplinary Partnership, Jamie brings extensive experience in crisis communications and high-profile campaigns for businesses across a range of sectors, helping clients protect personal and brand integrity under intense scrutiny.
Investigations hire
Mark Tibbs joins our Investigations, Security & Diplomacy team as Partner. With over 15years’ experience, including roles in the Serious Organised Crime Agency(SOCA) and the National Crime Agency (NCA), Mark specialises in complex multi-jurisdictional investigations, with expertise in smear campaigns, blackmail, misinformation and reputational risk.
On the new Partners, CEO David Imison said:
“As Schillings continues to grow, we’re proud to welcome five exceptional professionals to our Partnership. Our success is built on our people, and it’s been wonderful to see Simon, Emily, Hind, and Jamie develop into exceptional leaders.
We’re equally pleased to welcome Mark Tibbs to the firm. His extensive experience in law enforcement and expertise in complex, multi-jurisdictional investigations will add significant depth to our offering.
Together, their diverse skills and experience strengthen our now 31-strong, multidisciplinary Partnership, and position us to deliver even greater impact for our clients in the years ahead.”
