Simon is a reputation and privacy specialist, with a range of litigation experience in both the High Court and Court of Appeal. Simon has been successful in securing injunctions for clients. He frequently acts against the mainstream traditional media, online publishers, as well as advising on strategies to counter the reputational threats posed by Big Tech. He regularly acts for clients in crisis scenarios.
Simon recognises that privacy and reputation threats are often best resolved outside of the court process, and regularly devises pre-emptive reputation strategies with long term impact. This includes working with clients to assist with their digital resilience and acting against social media websites and other online platforms in the event of any infringement to their rights. Simon’s other work includes countering smear campaigns against clients and acting in relation to inaccurate information contained in compliance databases.
