Jane advises prominent individuals and companies on reputation and privacy issues. Given her background in defamation, privacy and intellectual property law, she has experience in anticipating and mitigating reputational threats, both before and after publication. She holds extensive knowledge on other associated media regulatory issues, such as Ofcom and ASA disputes. She is also well versed in GDPR compliance, and holds a Practitioner Certificate in Data Protection (Distinction).
