Consultant, Intelligence, London
After commencing her career in journalism, Georgia joined a private intelligence firm where one of her principal responsibilities was helping pharmaceutical companies to manage risks associated with animal rights activism. This involved supporting internal investigations and screening incoming employees. Employing the techniques of an investigative journalist, Georgia utilises sophisticated open source research methods and digital forensics to assist clients with online privacy issues whilst utilising her background in private intelligence to conduct international investigations, asset searches and corporate due diligence. Recent work at Schillings has included work for FMCG companies looking at both activist risk and reputational risk arising from their use of ‘influencers’. Georgia has a particular remit for knowledge management within the team, leading training on new tools and software.
