Sarah Alawi

Sarah is an experienced litigator and a trusted advisor to clients at times of crisis and on strategic planning. Sarah regularly advises high profile clients on the full suite of privacy, defamation and reputation matters. Her practice is focused on pre- and post-publication advice, media intrusion, regulatory investigations and legal reforms.

Sarah holds an LLM from Harvard Law School where she specialised in privacy law and dispute resolution. Prior to joining Schillings, Sarah worked as a commercial litigator at a magic circle law firm and a leading boutique litigation firm, and clerked at the High Court of New Zealand.

Sarah is admitted to practise as a Barrister and Solicitor of New Zealand.
