Pavel leads the Monitoring & Insights capability within Schillings’ Digital Resilience practice, designing evidence‑led systems that track media, social and search to spot reputational risks early and surface opportunities that clients can act on. His work turns complex, fast‑moving data into clear intelligence to enable critical decision‑making.
With more than 15 years’ experience in insights, analytics and crisis measurement, Pavel has built and run programmes across technology, financial services, healthcare and media. Before joining Schillings, he held leadership roles at companies including Onclusive, Kekst and Consulum, following senior analytics posts at Edelman.
He has advised on high‑stakes issues for global brands including Google, Microsoft, Nissan, Unilever and PwC. A pragmatic technologist, he integrates AI‑enabled methods into everyday workflows and coaches teams to use advanced tools responsibly. He holds an MSc in Public Affairs & Lobbying and further training in statistical learning and data analysis.
