Nasif Azam

Nasif is an experienced litigator, and reputation and crisis management lawyer, with a background in trial and appellate advocacy. He advises global businesses and senior leaders on how to navigate high-stakes challenges such as regulatory scrutiny, media pressure, and major transitions, while safeguarding their reputation and privacy.  Nasif works closely with in-house investigators and communications experts to protect clients’ brand integrity and operational resilience. 

Nasif began his legal career as a Judge’s Clerk at the High Court of New Zealand, before working as a Crown litigator. Whilst in this role, he appeared throughout New Zealand’s court system in criminal, regulatory investigations and enforcement, public law, and civil and commercial law cases, on behalf of the Crown and other public bodies. Nasif is a New Zealand qualified barrister and solicitor and holds a Master of Laws from Harvard.
