Lucy’s career spans crisis communications, rapid response, long‑term narrative strategy and executive counsel for clients under intense public attention. In her previous role, she led reputation management and crisis preparedness for clients while overseeing agency growth and multidisciplinary teams.
Lucy has helped to shape national conversations through senior roles in the Royal Household, and Condé Nast. Previously, she guided communications strategy for British Vogue and other Condé Nast titles, and managed media handling, major announcements and issues management across the portfolios of The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall.
