Emily delivers strategic legal responses to media intrusion and reputational threats, advising on pre-publication challenges and post-publication remedies across print and digital media. She also has considerable experience working on data protection issues, including successfully challenging unlawful processing of individuals’ personal data and securing the removal, restriction and de-indexing of inaccurate or intrusive online content.
